Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

New global delivery transformation leader

New global transformation leader hired by Sal.

To summarise, his title and responsibilities are:

  1. EVP
  2. Focused on transforming delivery
  3. Bionix optimisation

Are the above not all Sam wanted, or was supposed to be doing as CDO? What does this mean for Sam? Toast?

DXC barely uses Bionix itself so how will it support customers? As long as Mikey is on the board nothing will change anytime soon.

What does that mean for ... ? Well finally also his reign comes to an end! Karma is a b–ch and always strikes back. One cant intrigue a real career. Only true leadership will give you a seat in the exec council

Bionics sit’s a bunch of b—s— there’s no biotics in delivery. There might be automation, programming scripting redesign of processes but there’s no Bionics.

DFC you really wanted to do digital transformation they would get rid of the two in a box management style and have a single manager for each employee.

They would merge legacy CSC, and HP ES processes and procedures into a single efficient new process. Take the best of both and integrate and come up with new.

The way we function now with legacy CSC, and HP ES Just hinders productivity

IF he's old skool or hired part of Mike vr 2 then likely out of the door. Good Sal is changing leaders at the top with some of them his ex-friends / colleagues. What DXC is needed is a top to bottom management reorg and consolidation of duplicate management layers, may be get each manager (every 4 years) to reapply for their job again. If they don't measure up then ship out and let Sal improve (if possible) the DXC brand.
