After watching the webcast I think John V. is modeling his leadership style based on Michael Scott. He really has no idea what he should be talking about. His style is just outright laughable.

Where could a person that might be HCL see this webcast?

That was far and away the worst webcast I've ever seen in the 18 years I've been at Xerox.
Love the list. My tweaks...
Bill O = Kevin Malone
Joanne = Jan (Pam is too nice)
John V = Michael Scott
Steve B = Todd Packer
Mike F = Andy Bernard or Dwight
Suzan MW = Angela
Bill O = Toby
Louie P = Ryan the Intern
Herve T = Robert California
Joanne CS = Pam Beesly
Tracey K = Phyllis
Anne Marie S = Kelly Kapoor
Carl Icahn = Deangelo Vickers (aka-Will Ferrell)
Jim Halpert is too good for Xerox
Let the debate begin!
No wonder I feel like Kevin - or want to
Just oblivious to everything and wished I was that happy about it
The Office references are sooooo true!
Makes former CEO Ursula look like a super star! and she was pathetic at best...
Steve B is totally Todd Packer
This guy is such a bozo but since everyone around him is so afraid to say anything about his ridiculous behavior for fear of being fired on the spot we are stuck in an endless loop of Lunacy!
That's a horrible insult to Michael Scott.
Clueless John lost in the forest of the tech powerhouse.
It’s obvious that there is no intelligence or substance within JohnV. Again he is just a mouthpiece for Icahn & Deason and a poor one at that.
He is a clueless stuffed suit. I honestly can’t find one thing I like about him. We watch the webcast so we can see the awkwardness between him and Squeo. It’s cringeworthy. This goon gets paid so much money, too! What a waste!
I like when the analyst asked him how “Xerox is doing well compared to its competitors In the US?” and Johnny said a “through maniacal execution of strategy..”,”by blocking and tackling..”. BS fluff words and vagueness just like Project S— It
Worthless meeting.
That's what she said
I like how he said we planned on selling the business in the beginning when all along he said we are not for sale. He then says we decided not to sell parts of the business we were better off investing in them. I’m sure it was because they couldn’t find any buyers. No knew information regarding HCL other than mention of growing shared services hmmm. Doesn’t look like they have anything in place yet. Will have more news in January?
Remember his line “I don’t know what a tech powerhouse is, but I will know it when I see it”?
The fact that investors generally don’t watch these things is sad. But the analysts- amazing they don’t wave red flags “strong sell” etc after hearing John’s awful message and delivery.
