Us Bank just posted almost a 1,000 positions across the country called a customer relationship consultant and many assistant managers in our area are applying.
I have heard there are 4 levels but does anyone know if this will pay comparably to an assistant manager role?
Any other details out there that anyone has heard of in other markets?
We are all in the dark still.
This doesn't make any sense. Why the big call and layoff scare if they are just changing the position name. Most AM I know will most likely get the new role same pay and same hours. Its just a lateral move. What are we not seeing that is coming down the line?
Probably a 50 cent “raise” 😂 hope not though. But it wouldn’t surprise a lot of us I feel like. Been with the company for 2 years and just got a dollar raise for being a UB before the name change.

CRC4 will be the same pay grade as UB4 and AMs.
