I’ve decided against the ice cream social. I had said since you did so well I would give you on.
Instead I decided (in Molina Fashion) to give you all a free glass of Milk of Magnesia.
My only ask is that you take it home and enjoy it!
We have a lot to give thanks to! I was looking at our survey results and I’m so proud of you all. HAPPY thanksgiving everyone. Keep up the good work and remember what our leader preaches. Keep those heads down. We love caid and care!
Great job on those surveys! Keep up the good work. I’m glad you are happy to be part of this great Molina tradition. It takes a few days to reshuffle the results with the BOD and reflect only the positive ones with some negatives like more training or all hands with JZ. Plus many of the responses need to be explained to BOD due to limited business experience or strategy perspective.
Larry, will this include fairness across the board and not letting management pick an choose their favorites to go remote?

Sad, sad, sad. The BOD attempted to portray the change in management as a result of the financial performance however the major addressing of profit was already in flight before BOD announcement. Prior posts have shown all the portraying of the prior management actions does not acknowledged that all financial plans, acquisitions and major financial moves by a firm are sanctioned by the BOD. the "most" is management....
That"s funny. Larry has not even posted the results yet. First he has to twist it to make it look like we are all happy employees. NOT. And then all those negative comments. There is no way to fix or rebuild . The damage is done.
