As a current employee within SPS at HON I cannot wait to get out of here. I have never experienced a total lack of caring for the people who make this company what it is. The culture is totally rotten. All critical support functions have been stripped to bare bones and you can hardly get a functional laptop for a new hire. Never mind get HR assistance for anything. So sad that this once great company is now just a shell of what it once was and the revenue train is simply running on momentum and fumes from past efforts.
We are nothing but a check mark on a spreadsheet. Skills and experience matter not.
He does care about people - his family, his close friends, himself. Nothing else maters. Every man for himself.
