So what is the thinking here about new Mike, is it likely to be more of the same treating employees as overhead cost to get rid of in a lame attempt to fool the market analysts that all is going to plan or will he be radical and start to treat employees as assets who you reward for performance and grow? I worked at Accenture for some years and could not fault how they treat their employees, yes that includes even when they lay them off.
I don't think its about 'saving the company' its about getting a chance to stand in the crystal dome and seeing how much paper money you can stuff into your shirt and trouser pockets before the wind machine stops.
Why did he leave his job at Accenture and come to this dive of a company, will be in same moult as Mikey and won't be able to save the company apart from its final breakup and sale.
He will just collect the $$, cut more overheads, offshore and WFR more people from the company
