AT&T outsourced a lot to Accenture back in 2002.....We saw how horribly that turned out a 2.6B deal.....In the end a lot of work was taken back....Lessons learned AT&T?

Worked for Accenture for about 11 years. Accenture is great in maximizing value on every dollar they pay employees. There is no slack there, you will work and your pay will will be OK-ish. Most people leave after a couple of years.
