The Oracle CEO is suspected of taking bribes worth over €800,000 from local IT firms to sell them Oracle licenses at a discount, it is alleged, which these firms later sold to various state institutions, including the National Office of the Trade Register (ONRC), Agency for Payment and Intervention for Agriculture (APIA), National Agency for Tax Administration (ANAF), National Electricity Transport Company "TRANSELECTRICA" SA, National Health Insurance House (CNAS) ) and the Romanian Traffic Services Administration Aerian (ROMATSA) - all named in the order of the prosecutors.

Let them investigate the DAS approvals for this customers and the A&C involvement with the local partners

I do not know what will happen in 6 months, but I do not know Oracle is fighting back the Cloud fraud lawsuit; all the people that worked in Oracle at a certain level know what is being claimed is exactly true.

Also, I know directly from a SEC investigation around the same topics and others.

The Romania case is just something that gets public attention because someone outside Oracle investigates. Oracle C&E would have covered.

Also we’ll known are some blatant corruption cases in Italy and Spain, plus channel stuffing and some other goodies. Why it was not heard in the street?. Because Oracle investigated, diligently and promptly, to cover everything up.

I do not know what will happen in 6 months, but one scandal will follow other, all of them will impact the stock price... and the day investors get to know what is left of Oracle future business after pissing off customers with the Cloud and outselling customers with ULAs and PULAs.... let’s see what will come from there.

Yet another bombastic, hyperbole ridden prediction that won't come true. What happened to all those predictions from 2-3 years ago about an SEC investigation that would land LE in jail "real soon"? That the SEC was ready to drop the boom on O?

@10vYaHXY-ool, SC is not protecting Israel management or any management by the matter. She -and MH, LE, covered and supported by the BoD- are just covering the corrupted business practices that, if stopped, would bring Oracle to a complete halt.

Nobody is more important than protecting a complete system of -corrupted and easy to workaround- business practices that is, together with audits and impossible to swallow support policies, everything Oracle has as by today.

I thought many of the US based cloud DOA/NPA contracts moved to Romania for safe keeping (concealing) a few years ago. Haha....

Turkey is also in the heat zone and many internal compliance investigations
