Was software engineer contracting at Golden Valley MN in 2017. Made $82/hr which was very good. Ended up not taking the extension and the offered/planned conversion to FT due to fears of high benefits costs and furlough uncertainties. Over the years I've met a surprisingly large number of ex-Honeywell employees in the Twin Cities.

I'm in sales at UOP. Band 4 making $165k. I don't do anything, maybe work 10 hours a week. Travel the world mostly to see my girlfriends at company expense. Last year's SIP was nice, got over $200k thx to someone else's work I took credit for. Looks like i may get a nice promotion in the new reorg to.....

HR Phoenix, band 4, 158,000 with 15% MIP

There are different range band 4s the same as with band 3s.

Salaries are all over the place.

It depends on the position, the SBG, length of time with the company, your boss - as well the region, as salary differs by country and (in the US) by state.

Covers some individual contributors, managers, senior managers, directors, and senior directors.

Execs are band 5 VPs and above. MIP is 5 - 15% for individual band 4s through directors depending on position.

Can go as low as the 60s/70s for the low end of the range (ind/mgr) to 200+ for the highest end of the range (sr dir).

Plus MIP.

Some box 1s/2s can get stock options and retention bonuses for "mission critical' positions, especially at the top of the food chain.

Good luck trying to figure it all out.

Assembler, Level 2, Columbus, OH about 25 bucks per hr...

Pay is very good for the area.

PTO, Sick days, vacation time and holiday pay begins right away (not for temps).

Mgmt is bad.

They let you switch lines, so you do not get bored and it helps ergonomically.

Tons of overtime, that's mandatory. It's paid but for family people it s—s.
