  • I missed 25 years of spending time with my family on the holidays.
  • The hours you are required to work and the amount of hours worked during the holidays do not justify the amount of pay.
  • The company promotes Associates into Managers positions that do not care how they speak and treat the Associates.
  • Associates that have "Respect for the Individual" tend to be over looked time after time.
  • Stores are being MICRO MANAGED from Home Office and expect every store in the company to operate the same.
  • The is why the company is suffering. Stores in the South can not operate the same as a store in California.
  • Different cliental and different demands of items to purchase.

Walmart Management:

  • Go back to the way the founder Sam Walton wanted the company to run.
  • From store level up not Home Office down.
  • Respect the Associates so they will respect the customers that pay YOUR salary.

LOSER! Store in South should be EXACTLY the same. Their Tide detergent is same size, same box, same delivery/unload/stock/sell process.
You don't understand the heart of big business and running a company.....the difference is loud mouth lazy people like you trying to make 2 apples more of an apple to orange equation!
Good people choose to work and when they fill out application and want a job (like you did) they work and earn money.
I'm sure no one from WM ever came knocking on your door and asked you"please work for us"
Ashame you ate up 25 years of payroll that could have been invested in people that want to work for a living and not have a pseudo life through their mouth and mind which you believe anyone is remotely interested in hearing!!!!!!!!!!!

So let me address a few things here:

**So do Nurses, Firefighters, Caregivers, You signed up for this...Get over it.

**You rec. an hourly wage, do not like it? Go work somewhere else. You had 25 years to figure it out.

**Yes, it is called the best way to do all things. It is not the bible, but guess what it is a standard which all should operate. Ya'll say those things because you do not understand the operations of your store.

Give the OP a break. The company saves a fortune whenever they can get a long term associate quit. No severance. Lower Wages. PTO goes way down. It's not a coincidence that when Wal-Mart changed their logo they made the new one look like an a$$hole.
