- The hours you are required to work and the amount of hours worked during the holidays do not justify the amount of pay.
- The company promotes Associates into Managers positions that do not care how they speak and treat the Associates.
- Associates that have "Respect for the Individual" tend to be over looked time after time.
- Stores are being MICRO MANAGED from Home Office and expect every store in the company to operate the same.
- The is why the company is suffering. Stores in the South can not operate the same as a store in California.
- Different cliental and different demands of items to purchase.
Walmart Management:
- Go back to the way the founder Sam Walton wanted the company to run.
- From store level up not Home Office down.
- Respect the Associates so they will respect the customers that pay YOUR salary.
