Hundreds of people across multiple countries will lose their jobs as part of the work McKinsey is currently doing. All "ideas" must be associated with a number of FTEs to be let go once is implemented, meaning that what PZ and BD are really trying is to cut expenses, improve share prices and get massive bonuses, as always.

They have to RIF employees and take away more of the benefits so that BD and Senior Management can get over paid and a surplus of benefits.

I can believe they keep hiring exec's and eliminating the working employees. They even create jobs for these new exec's. What a joke
I think a more realistic title would be “thousands of people to lose their jobs”......especially since we keep adding executives
McKinsey has been doing AIG dirty work way way longer than 10 years. I can’t believe they don’t change their names because anyone with a brain cell knows they come in to “empower” employees by eliminating them.
I think the survey that McKinsey has put out is a real joke. Why don't they ask constructive questions regarding the company. What another waste of AIG's money and employees time.
In the last 10 years, I’ve lost track of the number of times McKinsey has been brought in to fix the infrastructure and processes. The end result is always more disruption and layoffs for a lot of good people. Every time I see the news about another restructure and more money for McKinsey, I’m glad I was able to take my severance package and retire.
Stock price goes up past $60. At $63 plus BD get big bonus. work hard for him
