The Pentagon has issued an unusually strong rebuke of Oracle over the weekend, accusing the company of employing "poorly-informed and often manipulative speculation" in its efforts to undermine the military's process of awarding a massive 10-year contract for cloud computing technology.
Time for Amazon to take its gloves off and tell the world what a useless piece of c-ap oracle cloud is. This is not going to end well for oracle.
Oracle think they can force anything and anyone; fake Cloud, abusing support and audit policies, partners, investors, customers.... and the Pentagon.
I think the time is coming for some lessons to be taught.

Let's be real. The Oracle cloud has a long way to go to be on-par with Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Google didn't bid because their employees said it would not be ethical to do so or they would likely be in the running to.
Oracle and IBM (and others) don't belong. They just aren't making the key investments to catch up. They would rather buy stock their own stock and enrich their executives. Classic example of short term benefit over long term pain. Years and years of mismanagement and lack of investment have landed Oracle and IBM right where they deserve to be. Now they are trying to use lobbying and cronyism to help them win these contracts.
