Unless a lay-off has actually happened this site is very unreliable . Probably post from disgruntled ex-employees. According to someone posting on this site scx should have closed over a month ago . Our locomotive counts have actually went up in repairs. Don’t live by this site , hope for the best prepare for the worse.

It's funny that you say get the facts straight when that same GF told other employees that it was strongly suggested that he take the job by his superiors. So therefore we knew then had to spew!
They didn't "Get rid" of the GF at SCX. He applied for the job at SOC and got it. He wanted to move there. Get the facts correct before you spew!
They just got rid of a general foreman at scx...................... then promoted him to a job in Atlanta. Cutbacks are being felt by salary too!! Hehehehe They're doing their part too for psr and the stockholders. So when you see one today, thank them for their service and sacrifice.
I find this site very informative. Of course, it’s a rumor site, so just like with other rumors you need to take it with a grain of salt. But if you hang around long enough, you find it’s really easy to navigate trough posts. People downvote empty statements and they get buried pretty soon.

Yes, there is drama, but there is also really good info coming through, if you know how to sift through the noise. For me, this site has proven useful more than once.
