Yes, word is that there will be RIF's in September. Just like last year. Right now they are trying to get rid of employees through the performance reviews. They have to put a certain amount of employees on performance review and that is a message sent down from Senior Management. So an employee can be doing their job and a good job, but they need to find an area where they can put them on performance management or RIF them. Nice way to treat employees and run a buisness. Not
Totally agree with the employees to work, work, work person. We need to help BD get the huge payout!
Earning report this week. push the share price to $60. Work work work. BE Proud
To Post ID: @10h79pEW-5aun I am sure AIG monitors this site to a certain degree but all posts are anonymous and they don't own the site. Maybe they should take into consideration how the employees that post on this site feel.
Since when did BD level with AIG employees about anything? He doesn't care about them, otherwise he'd make senior management be the first to take real cuts. But it's all inside baseball, the grade 25+ cabal take care of their own.
I have no intention of wasting my time anymore listening to the execs blah blah blah their tripe.
Many are considering requesting to be added to RIF lists if they have other opportunities. Can't blame them. I feel sorry for those left working in that dystopian work environment.
Also, note that AIG monitors this site, so be careful in exercising your right to express your opnion.
I am hearing there will be a big RIF in September, just like last year.
Maybe we will insure North Korean nuclear plants. Or write a policy to cover Venezuelan oil production. Or Brexit.
After all, what could go wrong?
I wonder if BD will be transparent about the upcoming RIF's in his upcoming town hall.
August 23rd can't come any sooner
