So happy I left. It's a wide open world out there beyond Xerox.

It is so toxic right now that everyone is looking to leave. If your co-worker leaves, the company will have no choice but to dump their work on you and they will not have any empathy or understanding of how stressed you are & you will be expected to meet the same level of service even though it is impossible. You will be so unhappy that eventually you too will quit & the viscous cycle moves to your coworker.
I ran away and finally got out. Gave my notice last week. Freeeeeedooooooooooooooommmmmmm!
After 20 plus years I agree with you. I used to love going to work every day but for the last few years am so ready to leave. I wish the severance package never changed so I can feel like I have time to find a new position. God help us all.
Company has been in a slow downward spiral for the last 15-20 years..Even it’s valued name doesn’t generate much response...
its a dead company. Move on.
TOXIC environment, used to be a great place to work not any longer,Joining the queue to leave.
It used to be a great company but now it truly is horrible. Witness:
1-without communicating it, reduce severance payments days before lay-off
2-change 401k match contribution from quarterly to annual so layed off workers get further screwed
3-artificially inflate stock value via cost cutting and buybacks with no underlying strategy to grow or even flatten revenue
4-ex-HP dominating the top levels of the corporation, a primary competitor. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they all have tamarack records of numerous and enormous failures.
5-feel free to keep this list growing
