Is our leadership doing anything to prevent people from leaving in droves? We are losing some of our best people all the time. I'm not surprised, I'm getting burned out myself - to say this is not good work environment would be an understatement.
But leadership should pay attention before it's too late and all the knowledge has left the building. I know they'd love to run AIG just on young, cheapest employees, but even they must know that would not work.
Something has to be done...
