Too many people are leaving. MH and the old sh**y disposition of HR have done a great job creating instability everywhere. So people started leaving. Now we don't have to fire, other companies have been taking our people in droves. People are fed the f up with the games. Now the concern is - who'll be left to actually do any of the work?! The best and the brightest have already gone...

My floor is buzzing. A Principal Consultant with many years of experience, and knowledge, has left.
No one with half a brain would stay at Oracle. Next year will be much worse. Money is running out. Managers are obsessed with playing games with people instead of getting work done. It's pretty much over with.
There will still be layoffs. But, I agree, the best people have already left. The rest are busy screwing each other over to see who gets to be at the top of the garbage heap.
if youre an a+ player, youre probably smart enough to leave and find a successful opportunity.
even the "c" players know they are a "c" player and are just collecting a paycheck.
Other companies don't HAVE to poach Oracle's employees. People are knocking each other over trying to get OUT of there, I see it every day.
There will be layoffs it's all part of the plan. Oracle will hire anyone.
It’s a tight labor market. Why would you want to stick around for no raise, no career path/development, constant changes in direction; I could go on and on. Unless you’re a masochist, what skilled person wants to fight fires, real and imagined, all day, and deal with constant customer complaints? It looks good on the CV, but take what you can and leave for greener pastures.

That is exactly the issue the A+ players are getting poached by competitors because Mark and Safra keep raises to the bare Minimum and screw over people with Bonus plans that are stacked against employees. The C players stay and are becoming the majority
