This site can be informative to all of us employees wondering what is going on and where in our company. It seems it takes a negative toll like actual layoffs to weed out the mo–ns with speculation of what they think may happen, or get their kicks from bringing others worry. My thoughts and prayers to all that were furloughed today, and the same to everyone trying to complete their career with a uncaring company.

I don't get downvoting posts that just supply the facts of what's going on. People are losing their jobs. Let's get the accurate info and numbers out there. Upvoting doesn't mean you like what's happening, just that you want the truth out there.
Welcome to 21st century where advertisements are personalized, we all get different ones. Nowadays websites don’t choose advertisements, but sign contracts with advertising networks. The networks are the ones delivering you ads based on your personal interests (read: the content of the page you are currently on, but also the pages you visited previously and your browser history). Those little cookies you accept when you visit every website makes it possible.
The advertisements on this website and the fact this is not actual organized union discussion tells the whole story.
It seems we have a lot of fortune tellers at JLS that like to cause stress among the ranks including Union personnel. These folks seem to get some kind of sick joy out of watching the younger workers squirm. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
