Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Honeywell hubs

They are stating Honeywell is a hub. Yet! It's in state with high taxes. Also it's in a region with high wages.

I don't believe the leadership of Honeywell. I believe they will move operation to low cost state or Puerto Rico.

I also believe Plymouth Honeywell will be on the chopping block too. Does anyone know for a fact. What the future plans are for Minnesota operations.

I have my opinion. I don't believe the company will renegotiate a new 1145 contract. Because they are moving operations to a low cost regions, with low state taxes.

Hon workers in PR are treated as third class citizens. They get 1/2 the 401 k match we get, and they get NO severance. I not even mention their pay , only that some tech manager gets a cash award so he can afford to buy a guitar , and I get pip'd for yammering about it to JE.

I was referring to Minneapolis and Plymouth operations. Should have stated it correctly. They told us Minneapolis Honeywell is hub. Not Honeywell as whole.
Should have caught error. Give me a PIP, and if we have people like me working here. Look out. You are in danger of being unemployed.

Ha. Ha. Ha.
