Firemen's Retirement System

Can anyone explain how / why the Firemen's retirement system is involved in this?

As Frankel wrote in her article, the lawsuit, which was originally filed by the Firemen’s Retirement System of St. Louis, could be worth billions:

Fireman's and other retirement systems have a bigger problem: negative interest rates on bonds. Pension plans are supposed to have part of their portfolios in "safe" investments, such as bonds. But if bonds don't pay interest then they have to put all the eggs in the stock basket, and that is not a good thing.

Unfortunately all the rules and laws in the world won't stop some people from trying to game the system. There is always one jerk who thinks they are smarter than everyone else and can flout the rules. Rules really are for the honest people.

Even with SarbOx and all the legislation and rules we supposedly got after the 2000 and 2008 crashes, there seems to be little deterrence. These rich a–holes do whatever the f— they want.

The board is looking to fire her because she could pull in JEDI even after s#cking up to Trump.
The other problem is her cash payout to push her out C-level get rewarded for screwing the pooch.

LE owns the board and over 30% of Oracle; SC and MH jobs are safe as long as LE is still alive.

Its related to the 2016 NetSuite acquisition. LE and SC artificially inflated the $9.3 Billion dollar purchase price because LE owned 40% plus of the Company. In a legal filing on July 29, 2019, it was found that SC LIED to Oracle's Board. How is it that the Board hasn't fired her is beyond belief.
