I left the Greer facility several years ago. Totally incompetent management as well as HR. In that facility the inmates are running the asylum. I saw numerous people in management written up or terminated because an employee was written up, placed on PIP or was held accountable. I am shocked that facility is still open, especially considering who the site leader is. Oh don't forget the current Operation managers couldn't manage their way out of wet paper bag.

I left 12 years ago but I come here because it's like a slow moving train wreck. I fear to watch, yet I cannot turn away.

I’m just gonna stay here and take every penny I can take. My whole hierarchy is in India and I don’t care. They’re nasty people I don’t like them. Their culture is horrible. But I want to stick it out and get every dime I can because nobody wants to hire an old guy anyway

I picked myself. I laid myself off and called it retirement. That was several years ago. Got tired of being shamed and abused. Needed industrial strength sleeping aids to fall asleep Sunday evenings ... dreading Mondays. OK I'll confess. I actually needed anti-depressants to help keep me from obsessing about HON. If that wasn't a sign, what is?

I would like to be picked. Considering volunteering but rather sure wouldn't be chosen.

Still waiting to hear if the aero GCE org is going to be impacted. I'm guessing yet but no emails yet.p

No, I need my job. I have a family to take care of and I am in no position to relocate either. I have so much time and effort invested in Honeywell, i'd be a shame to lose my job now. I know it's not the most rewarding career (like it used to be) but it also pays the bills.

Sorry, but not of for me. I’m not in a position to relocate due to aging parents, and there’s not much else in the area. Hanging on as long as I can.
