We got told today we have to get 2 plus and 1 credit app a day. Or consequences. Didn’t think they could do that. I never signed anything saying there were set goals.
Forewarning.... meat will be eventually going to prepackaged cut meats. Be prepared
We have gone to temp services for meat cutters since we only have 1 club in our city. Have plenty of decorators so I would say cutters aren't safe
Everyone is expendable. No exceptions.
Meat cutter and cake decorator....no one else is safe

Our club pick ups membership does them to. The cos does not do it anymore..
Well idk about halls club but ours the Vos do not get the club pick ups anymore that job was given to membership as if they didn't have enough to do already.
No the cos doesn’t pull orders that get them out for the members. God forbid them to walk out to the floor

@1hzf.. only if your a brown nosing, kiss a.. with the market manager. They get rid of the ones that don't play their game

The cos DID get a raise. Do the COS do the CPU in your club, as in pull the orders? If so, I've got another reason to be p-ss-d about their raises....
You are working for an enormous publicly held and traded retail corporation in a market that is rapidly shifting away from traditional brick and mortar sales into electronic transactions shipped right to your door the next day. There is no such thing as a safe position within any physical location anymore. It's unfortunate but it is the reality we are all going to be living in eventually.
CPU it’s what keeps are cos busy. It’s not going anywhere but up. They are the ones that should have gotten a raise. They walk 10 miles a day or more. Always on the go. We couldn’t do without ours .
