For Xerox yes. It's been cut up and parceled out so that the Exec board and stockholders can take the cream and leave it teetering on the edge until it falls completely over. The game is rigged. Not just Xerox. Long gone are the days of "Customer Obsession." But there is a future out there that is actually better than where you are now. They have lied to us for years that they are giving us benchmark benefits and salaries. Start looking now. It's easier while you're still employed, but don't despair if you are already out. Just keep sending resumes. One of them will land in front of the right set of eyes. And the more that leave, the more that can bring you on where they go.

It can and will get worse. Imagine what it will be like when all of us who were "rebadged" are gone and all of our functions are performed in India, Guatemala, or "who's going to do that?". We will be working elsewhere, sorry.
