Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

The goal is to outsorce everything

The Joes (White and Zubreksy) laid off so many people already! Does Molina have any employees left to lay off or is it just a bunch of outsourced people doing the work?

We are not there yet, but judging by the way things have been developing, that looks to be the final goal: outsource everything that can be outsourced, leave just the bare minimum of employees that absolutely have to remain, profit.

Sad but true.

The corporate assessment team was already threatened with the mention of outsourcing by the supervisors..

The Molina’s legacy is great and the necessary financial improvements were implemented by the time the new group arrived.

Beware of the audit. I heard stones are being turned, one being the way the brother was spending funds (I.e. remember the girl from the gym). Company funds.

We all need to join together and make Molina great again. It’s the right thing to do. Continue to pray for our fallen brothers but let’s keep the Molina spirit alive and well. Let’s grow and prosper.

Post and comment on Molina business thoughtful and factual. The current and prior CEO operated with the agreement of the Board and were enriched for their obedience. It is sad this has impacted so many for the benefit of a few. The former mission of servicing those that cannot afford health care and are the most venerable is deluted. It is fitting that now everyone knows the Molina are great people and in a sense have a wonderful legacy.

It's a publicly-traded company on the Stock Market. The main objective is profit above all else. That's JZ's job and the job of the Board. If they didn't make money they would be out of business. Market likes what is sees, but sooner or later will realize it's still just a Health Insurance Company like any other.

Molina Family did certainly care more for employees and membership. But they also lost money eventually. And made investments they probably shouldn't have.

It's Molina Healthcare in name only at this point. And likely won't be for much longer. There are good people across the company that reflect the decent values. Unfortunately priorities at the top do not take that into consideration.
