Aero L&C got hit. Don't know total numbers. If not at a hub beware.

Wonder what group is next?

  • 2gen,

India, China and Czech will be expensive too some day. Top brass will continue to get theirs as long as most are willing to work for less. It’s a race to the bottom and you have a smile on your way down.

I’ll leave soon in hopes that conditions improve for the people that remain. That’s the only currency that is valid.

Yes, heard all US Aerospace sites will be having layoffs, post Mid-year Reviews.

The “Burning Platform” is actually HONEYWELL Aerospace USA. Senior leadership needs to throw as many highly paid senior engineers OFF the platform, that THEY set on fire. Phone calls for assistance for those in the water will go thru the Honeywell India call center, therefore nobody will show up, as nobody can understand anybody from India, but, that is because you American’s are racist. Honeywell PR will have the EMT facility ready to respond to those in the water, when they can figure out how to purify water, like 99.99% of the civilized world. Honeywell Czech Republic will write the software code on how to decide to jump from the burning platform, or stay on the platform with the Millennials (who are all looking for a phone APP on what to do when the platform you are standing on is burning, as they are burnt alive). But don’t worry, layoffs are all performance based ! Just like in the early 90’s, nothing to worry about!

It's not all sites, only US. You Americans are expensive, so the friends in India, China and Czech will kindly help you from your burden. Are you not happy?

There was a sell recommendation on HON this morning by analyst on somewhat popular website. Regarding HON numbers. 50% layoff would indicate economy in depression. I think number way too high. But if sales are slowing, likely some heads roll.

Is the stock price reacting to this post?

Nope. Some mgrs will become individual contributors but mass layoffs .. unlikely given current open demand. We need bodies charging to meet aop.

They can't possibly have anybody left to lay off !
They don't have enough people to service existing contract on a timely schedule.
