I understand that the whole purpose of this is to get cheaper labour, and that we’re all basically training our replacements, but is there any clause in the agreement with HCL regarding how long they have to keep the worker that transferred from Xerox?

Assuming we get a severance package, wouldn’t it be one lump sum payment?
60 day notice of termination should commence at the end of July, with official termination to begin Oct 1st. 3 month severance would then kick in 'till end of the year. So many rebadged can expect to be off the HCL payroll come Jan 1st 2020.
“We were told all Admin rebadged gone by November.” Can you define who WE is?
We were told all Admin rebadged gone by November.
yup we are to get a 60 day notice when you ate no longer needed, but if they let you go before october 1st you still get your stay bonus
They are keeping everyone until October 1, beyond that they will be letting people go as they no longer need them. We are supposed to get a 60 day notice of when our assignment ends. Your contract spells it out.
There are no binding commitments. They said that they would keep folks for 6 months, but also left the "employment at will" card in play.
