It's time for everyone with over 30 years to think about securing what's theirs and leave the company. I know I'm leaving soon package or not.

Good for you. I have 45 and spent the last 5 drinking heavily to cope with this place and i never ate healthy because I always ate fast food in the truck lunch and dinner. Don't feel bad about using their benefits. Every CST I know got their knees, back and rotators fixed before leaving.

Not me. I have over forty, but I'm going out healthy. I have spent over four decades eating healthy and exercising, but the job has taken its toll. Anyone who has ever worked outside plant for a while knows what I'm talking about. I'm not medicare age yet, so I'm getting everything fixed before leaving, even if some of it will require short term disability. If you look at the cost breakdown, it will cost a lot more to retire and then get the body fixed, even with taking the separation bonuses. They have made a lot of money from my labor over the course of my career, so I don't feel guilty at all for taking full advantage of the medical benefits so I can go out as healthy as I can,
Pretty soon the only ones left will be the directors, still getting caught screwing their sidepieces in their office. Drew

They made up my mind for me a month ago. No package. Just waiting for them to give me a firm departure date, they keep telling me two weeks, and then in two weeks, it's two more weeks. Just makes you hate them more.
