totally agree with Post ID: @1001IsaB-3sdi. Senior Management doesn't care. They just think about how much money they were given to come to AIG and the bonuses they will get for transforming the company....RIFing the workers. They don't give a second thought about the employees. They are here to make the big bucks in a few years and if they get let go, it doesn't matter because they made their money at the expense of the employees. They only care about their buddies that they brought with them.

Sounds like Great Benefit Life Insurance company in The Client. When I leave, which is shortly, I will tell them it is because I am ashamed to work here.

Estates are sued all the time but with this company that's not just this issue it's greed its stupidity if we practiced proper underwriting policies in the first place, if we weren't abusing our employees if we weren't paying top management High money we wouldn't need to be so nit-picky with stories like this
