Any store that has the name Sears or Kmart on its building will be closed within the next 19 months. Stores will continue to close incrementally and after the 2019 holiday season remaining stores will liquidate and close.

Store’s inventory came back with a $330,000 in shrink. Sales are down -18% to last year. Pharmacy is down 25% with a $20,000 negative EBITDA. Why the hell aren’t we closing?

And why do we need Sears selling tires on Amazon?

Now that Aug 24 has come and gone and Kenmore has not been sold, are the SHC employees and store associates supposed to contribute towards operating cost as SHC has run out of cash. Could we donate the unused SYW points instead of our cash.
