Insanity all over DXC - AMS

Executives delay removing employees from the LWR, even though they gave commitments to do so, then employees automatically get removed due to systems (or HR did it) in the US. Promises and screaming all weekend to find out they won't be added back. Customers need to begin suing DXC and quick.

Labor war room used to be like that @ZuIMMqX-3ypw, and it's still run by McKinsey, but now it's anyone puts anyone into the LWR. Colleen Davis may put your name there because you are coded wrong. Some random guy in India may put your name there because they needed numbers and tagged you as "Bionix" efficiency (Bionix = automation that doesn't really exist)

@2fcj

The Labour War Room is where an individual has applied for VR and been rejected by either his capability, or by the account they work on, or where the capability has slated an individual for CR as a result of compulsory targets, but the account on which they work has opposed the departure.

The LWR is essentially the place where the big guns fight over the eventual outcome....

It has been in existence since a couple of years before the CSC/HPE merge - I was a Capability Leader in my prior and had to engage with the LWR many times.....mostly to fight the corner of someone wanting VR who had been turned down by their account, before you shout at me!!

@ 2adr, saw on another post LWR meant "Labor War Room". Can only imagine what that's about! Nobody's irreplaceable, except apparently the mo--ns running DXC.

Correct, direct billable resources because they were randomly put into LWR

DXC is removing mission critical employees even if the client has that employee covered by their bill they pay us.
