Must be really bad this time, no numbers mentioned.
Put your VR request in now and 2 weeks later you're on garden leave and out in July.
CR to start soon afterwards. VR Inducement is one month's salary
This is the big one folks...

In reply to Peggy's Black Teeth - last year when a similar UK WFR came out I wrote to HR and raised the same question about what were my terms and conditions. They wrote back to me and confirmed that I would get the legacy terms from EDS. They even attached for me a copy of those. I have kept the email and attachment.
If you take a look at https://walletinvestor.com/stock-forecast/dxc-stock-prediction - then the Board will be gone by the end of the year. Ripe to be taken over.
Hi Peggy's Black Teeth,
it's surprisingly hard to find anything on our well oiled HR site but if you go to the HR intranet site, you want to get on to the HR sharepoint site, think it happens if you try to find UK details, once on the sharepoint, do a search for redundancy and all the various redundancy term documents come up, find the right one for you. Be warned they have some old ones too, so make sure it has a DXC logo on, it should be the same but at least you know it's an official DXC document .
@ZhlKHyu-oym out of interest, where did you hear this rumour? Having no luck getting any figures, from well, anyone really.
Just think you could escape from DXC and join HP Inc.
So Its says that an enhanced VR is available, meaning an additional months pay along with current terms and conditions. However nowhere in the mail is there a link to clarify your current terms and conditions. In Past VR efforts there has been links present to confirm your redundancy entitlements. Having been part of the merger and spend the last two years in DXC I assume this lack of information in the mail is an oversight due to incompetence. I'd rather not email a request.
Can we find our redundancy entitlements anywhere on the intranet?
Even though I have been here less than a year it’s worth applying for VR! At least it will force me into applying for new roles.
So if I choose not to take VR with the induced 1 month salary I have a chance of 1. Not being made redundant or 2. Forced redundancy and likely earn more than the induced 1 month salary and accrual of additional holidays and use of selected benefits due to the forced redundancy policy timeline...hmm what will I choose
Msg to legacy CSC staff, there was a £2800 discretionary payment they had in place for years.
Does that still exist for people who have left or plan to leave?
Rumour on the streets is 25% reduction in UK workforce this FY.
