Regarding this earlier comment....
“A lot of the mid to long career lifers should get with the program, long term employment anywhere is dead. Moving every 2-3 years is what you should be doing now. Do you see all the Marketing youngsters turnover. Career goals! They know either move up or move out. Even some of the Directors and above seem to try this and just end up, bouncing out to other opportunities.“

I like HR’s spin on here justifying the slash and burn technique they’re using on the old farts. Just glad I’m not one of ‘em. Although that day will come but by then I plan on being long out of here and certainly not working for a toy company! Hell, this place won’t even exist by the time I turn 40 anyway
