Anonymous is a lie! I found out a few back they all knew I made a mildly critical comment. Even managers I didn’t work for knew. I’ve deleted every survey since and I recommend you do so as well as the best course of action

Couldn’t agree more about how to make the survey a farce. Rate all a 5. Sends a message. Also avoids silly meetings about addressing apparent shortcomings without actually doing anything.
I and my team colleagues just rate everything 5. That is how you reduce the micro surveys to a farce
@ZWYaN3k-lst .Im in total agreement with you.Why hide what you think of them. They cant fire you for having an opinion whether for or against them.I don't care if it's not anonymous.
I actually don't care if they know it's my response. I would tell them to their face the same thing I wrote in the survey if they asked. Whether it's anonymous or not, it won't change their behaviors.
This forum is about lay off. Not about against company policy. If you not happy with the company, why make yourself suffer further? Just resign & find your so called ideal company to work with.
Of course the anonymity is a farce. Why else would the link to the survey be tied to your work email address. Come on people - use some of your own thinking skills and stop being led about like herds of sheep.
