This is a true report/survey that 68% received a pay raise regardless of how much. The fact is their company boosted their salary. NO ONE at DXC got a pay raise. Demonstrates how bad DXC as compare to other companies!!!!

I am the 4% raise poster. I “work” from home and have not been to the office yet this calendar year. I “appear” to be working 45 hours per week but actually put in about 15 hours of effort. Make a few phone calls, send a few emails, flip a few switches, etc.
In any other company this might be considered unethical. But not at DXC. This is the way smart people thrive. You know this is true. So instead of criticizing those of us who play the game, why don’t you get onboard? To know the path to success yet refuse to follow it is the epitome of stupidity.
@ZBpa2D1-1lpw what area are you in, cause no one in delivery of MSV or Storage got any increases. At least no one that does real work
My original rating of "1" (from my actual manager) got pushed down to a "2", by the a$$hats at the top, to make sure no pay raise again. If they know what I do everyday, let the know-it-all pukes do it for a week. Place is a flipping joke.
Top level execs in DXC received more raises in pay and benefits than the little blue pills can provide.
NOBODY got a raise?? I got a 4% raise and a 7% bonus. If you got nothing, that means two things: 1) the quantity and/or quality of your work is substandard; 2) you are too stupid or lazy to find work elsewhere.
DXC is far from ideal. But if you know how to play the game you can do quite well.
