@YagqTZV-1shy is a management stooge and must enjoy working to Milkey's rules.
DXC doesn't care what you qualifications are or how well you work. If they can outsource you to Mphasis and pay junior developers at 1/3 the rate, and still charge the customer the same price, they will do it. They don't' seem to care whether to project run by Mphasis take twice as long (I have several examples) and are in breach of contract. They just push forward and deal with the consequences.
@YagqTZV-foz the list won't be all that short but it will be comprised mostly of inexperienced starters and boot-licking jobworths.

DXC does not dump employees based on employee's quality, efficiency, talent or any such type of attributes. It dumps those employees who refuse to bootlick their manager and believe on delivering their works on time without being a part of any internal politics. Simple. All the waste things are still in the company ( I can take lot of such names, but I don't want to), and many resources of high quality have been dumped. So be happy, if you are not with DXC anymore.
