I don't work in HR so I'm giving you my perspective.
Sorry, but I think you already know the hard truth. And it's really difficult to get my head around the cruelty of all this. Especially when you're trying so hard to make ends meet.
1) If you can still access Pulse, I recommend you go to the HR Benefits > Other Benefits and look for Severance and additional links on the right.
2) You've been paying into the UE system with every paycheck so (think/hope) you'll be eligible for some type of benefit through UE.
3) Call your State UE office today.

You'll be in the claim reporting area. You don't need a pin.
Press 1 for English - listen to the script - blah blah blah
Press 2 and that gets you to a human.
They're really nice. Most have been RIF'd before too, so have paper and pen ready and just let them give you advice.
I sincerely wish you the best. If you're still employed, you're ahead of the game. So take some solace in knowing you had advanced notice. That's how I see it. Those who went before us really got a terrible shock. And remember; you are not alone.
