Class action lawsuit?

I was let go recently and wondering if there is a class action lawsuit already?

Jobs are being outsourced to Legato, older workers let go, more experienced workers are replaced with cheaper less experienced workers, jobs moved to Atlanta for political reasons, PTOs being taken away, severance cuts... lot of this is clearly illegal.

Employees RIFed on July 31, 2020 received a separation agreement with ages and positions eliminated. More than half were 45 or older. How do we find out if this is something that we can go after Anthem for age discrimination?

In order to assess the merit of class action, demographics of the fallen could likely support AGE discrimination claims. It's pretty obvious that racial discrimination has merit , by virtue of the power brokers who have moved into positions throughout the IT organization in the last 24 months. This is under the cloak of the "Anthem IT Transformation initiative, workplace re-location strategy" . Additionally, The town halls have revealed that IT over-spent in FY2018 , requiring right-sizing. As others have written on these Anthem threads , IT has consolidated contracting resources across the board (DLT) in favor of the newly devised "low cost" LEGATO arm from offshore. There has been no hiring freeze within these IT groups , as new Anthem associates continue to be added to the teams. All newly hired (6/21) are on H1B's , with new names to decipher.

Obviously, Anthem's process is to deny any transparency as to who and how many - more interesting is "how old". Isolation is king. Does anyone have a list of affected associates that could be basis for group formation, and ultimate collective for a CALS ? Need to setup a quick forum somewhere "secure" to organize.

Trump, seriously? Is this a joke? The administration that sold citizens out for corporation tax cuts and regulation rollbacks? Wake up. Anthem comes before it's employees in their eyes. We're on our own. Low unemployment rates touted while we were RIF'd in January. Don't make me laugh...trump?

Anthem have been getting away with questionable business practices for years now and have yet to see anybody or any group take them on. Anthem keeps racking up revenues at the expense of their Associates and it gets worst for Associates every year.
