Thread regarding Staples Inc. layoffs

Staples is a house of cards at this point

I just left Staples about a month ago. One of the best decisions I’ve made career wise. Staples has gone down as a place of employment since late 2015. The writing was on the wall then. I give Staples 3 or 4 years before they end up like Payless. If you work in a Fulfillment center watch the Directors. They are grossly overpaid to basically cut as many people as possible to get huge bonuses. This is their new focus. All the metrics are false. Staples is a house of cards at this point.

Agree with @YCdGCnS-2zlu completely.

@YEdm8gE-8yxd you say "we" so you've been snookered into the whole work together, team nonsense preached by your masters and overlords so that they can get every last cent before they jettison you like a roll of used TP.

Staples is still filled with racists but now they're brown instead of white.

Yes, now it’s filled with politically correct, age discrimination, reverse s-xism, myopic managers that can’t manage their way out of the wet paper bag. Choosing the lay off the best and brightest for the incompetent and compliant. I say both are just as bad.

We are much better off without racists like the first responder.
