Block 5 with 2.75%. With my current length of time and pay here my % is going to be double the dollar figure of other inmates. Great job, great coworkers, plenty of work, c-appy company. Too much unnecessary BS to deal with. Got the blinders on and coasting now.

in my world the ranges this year went from 1.9% to 9.25%. My band 3's got the highest %'s (higher % than my band 4's). As i recall most 5 blockers got 2.5% - 2.99%.

MIP, as it applied, wasn't too bad compared to some years in the past, 101% - 108%.

Personally, I was at 2.1% with 103% MIP

The "5" block rating is recommended @ 1.75% to 2.75%. I am not allowed to rate any of my reports above a "5" unless they do something superior to the prior person who had the same job. If a report was a "2" last year they need to improve over last year to keep the "2" rating or go back to a "5". Another way of stating the policy would be to say only new employees or transfers can be rated above a "5" so for any long term Honeywell employees in the US that have not changed positions; the raise is 1.75 - 2.25.

@1hol I left Honeywell last year, but as a former manager, the unwritten rule in the prior two years was to give money back. Agree it was to show the ALT that we were "playing the game" and "supporting the AOP." It was difficult if not impossible to get additional monies for high performers in the lower 25% salary range to get them closer to their peers. A "2" had to walk on water to get a decent raise, a "5" received the middle to lower end of the "recommended increase," and we were required to elbow about 5 - 10% of the population. Not IT, not Engineering - it applied to our function and to several other functional leaders to whom I spoke. Very frustrating as a manager of solid performers who made a tangible difference. After the nonsense and games of the last 3 years, I threw in the towel and left. Best decision, but I feel for the people who are still there.

I'm a manager in CORP IT, with employees in multiple countries. In developed markets, USA, Canada, UK, etc the "5" block rating recommended 1.75% to 2.75%, but I wasn't allowed to give 2.75%. Highest I was allowed was 2%. And I was not allowed to rate anyone over 5 in 9-Block. I had money left in the pool but my superior (manager above) would not let me use all of the money. They wanted to be shown giving it back to upper leaders. I haven't had my review yet so I don't know what I will get, but at this point it doesn't matter. Updating resume. The message is clear. They don't want developed market people. 15 plus years with Honeywell, but enough is enough. Best of luck for those of you who stay.
