Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

This is why we are losing customers

Mikey WFR'd me so that I could not server my customers any more and they complained bitterly, but their voices fell on deaf ears. Meanwhile 3 useless Graduates took on my work and my customers complained even more to the same deaf ears. DXC is on the nose now big time.

This is why we are losing customers. How hard is it to figure out that people with experience and knowledge are paid more for a good reason?

A shame for you and the client. If you were local to the client, perhaps keep an eye out, perhaps if they are hiring, you should have a leg up.

Same old same old .... and it will never change . If you are admired by the client enough to fight for you and not by your very own employer ( even with no raises, merit increases or just simple respect) then it’s time to side with those who actually appreciate you .

You and others know your value ... even if DXC is too blind or too stupid to know it .

d--k Heads! Looks like they never learn. Happened to me 2 years ago, and they had no one at the time to take over my roll. CSC just let them rot I guess. Not my problem anymore. Intercourse DXC! Good luck getting a new, better, less stressful career mate! You've escaped the madness.
