If you notice a lot of attention being given to process improvement, it's a sure sign that all the smart employees have left the company and those who remain are desperately trying to find a 'process' that is so simple that the boneheads who remain can handle it.

Lol looks like someone in the agile group is not happy with this post. Anyway I saw the agile post on the front page of the hub today. I know a few of those faces and let’s just say there is nothing agile about how they work.

Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple, Amazon, and Tesla have all gone with Agile management practices. You can modernize or go home.
