Luxoft? A troubled company itself is going to be seriously disappointed by DXC. With the current political environment why would one invest $2bn in a predominantly Russian company? Secondly, there is almost no acceleration to business transformation as Luxoft was still stuck in an old custom development model. It’s great for Luxoft key individuals (who are talented)....I hope they survive!

@X2f2E0a-2mob call it what is is process transformation. And the statement "well as burn down and replace the miss mash of systems that organically grew in enterprises." DXC has the worst miss mash of systems ever and it wrose now that we have to use HPE processes as well.

How about Digital Transformation at DXC 1st, then we sell our story to others. Do as I say not as I do is whats going on now

@X2f2E0a-1xiw whether you like it or not, its the term used across the industry (not just DXC) to describe the push to computerise more business than previously as well as burn down and replace the miss mash of systems that organically grew in enterprises.

Its not the first time such terms have been slogans for pushes in IT as I'm sure you'll remember.

Sure its marketing, but you need marketing to sell to non-technical people.

the term digital transformation is totally marking bull c-ap. All computers since the beginning are digital and process improvement using computers have been around since the IBM 401 RAMAC.

This article confirms that DXC is not the leader in digital but the hope of purchasing a leader somehow places DXC in a position to become the leader. Well dream own clowns ... ML only cares about his back pocket bonus and getting rid of competent employees.

Do Xpect Clowns.
