Company doesn't give a damn about you

DXC is the place you wait for WFR, when you realise this company doesn't give a c-ap about anyone and doesn't reward hard work no payrises no matter how good or hard you work compared to anybody else in your team. Everyone is treated equally bad from the technical gifted to the bottom feederes. When your fed up and ready to leave you won't because you've already acruired many months of WFR payout, just stop giving a c-ap about anything work realted and do as little as possible and if you hold out long enough you realise this place just took away your ability to function in any other functional company you actually become Borg.

Your long term healthy is as important as sanity. Do not look back when offered or given a WFR.

I couldnt agree more with your comment. DXC nearly broke me as a person with the stress of too much work, the pressure of the clients with no back up from upper management! Add to this the worry of not having a job! Several times it got all too much! Thankfully I got a new job, and it literally is a world away! I’ll never forgive Lawrie and DXC management for the person they turned me into and I cannot preach enough for people to get out! Life is so much better! Sanity is worth so much more than anything Lawrie and his dog will pay you. As for you Mikey, don’t ever let me see you in public! I will put you down! Your greed has no bounds and you’ve ruined people’s lives to increase your own greed! Not sure you can get much lower!

Agreed. It took me 6 months to get used to travel, company events, training courses, profit share, Christmas parties, jollies, free drinks, a new laptop, iphone and Per diem. These things are treated as normal in my new company, but feelt like extravagance to me as an ex DXC’er!

I found it strange not having to ask for approval to travel. I also had an unjustified mistrust of senior management which I realised I had brought with me from DXC. The cultural shift to a company winning bids, expanding and doing new and interesting work made me realise just how much DXC had, had an unhealthy effect on my health, family and outlook on life. I Stayed until the end to get my payout for many years service and moved to a similar role with a much better company with more freedom, support and really enthusiastic and helpful people and I hope you do too. There are many, many cloud and digital transformation and service providers out there who believe in customer care and service over cheap offshoring.

It's quite a change and culture shock once you start at a new place.. in a positive way. One needs to realise and DEBorg rather abruptly to be successful again.
