This says it all @UdnxviM-bkk.
This person accurately describes to the "T" the reason why Pebble cannot be relied on to get answers to any questions.
I also wanted to add that on Pebble you cannot discuss amongst your peers how situations are playing out store by store and how it is affecting yor abilities to do your job timely and efficiently. You can't ask a lot of questions because the questions will be deemed negative, especially if you're asking about getting supplies you don't have, because then it's "a bad reflection on the company" (quotes from my store manager). It is construed as falling "below the line" and the people they pay to moderate Pebble will find out who your manager is and complain about your post to them, and that's if your store manager doesn't get to you first.
But for some odd reason, it's okay to go "below the line" and talk negatively about customers. There's actually a Pebble group that does this, Tales from the Salesfloor, and they make fun of customers on there. Sure, some customers can and do make an a-- out of themselves but I am not sure its okay to talk negatively about customers on the clock but on the other hand, you can't talk about not being able to order supplies, not getting merchandise your store has been out of for weeks, not being able to get more hours, etc. nor are you able to inquire about getting help with these "negative" issues.
Evidently, the moderators let things like the customer bashing slide because that group (and many others) still exists. I guess as long as you don't talk about SHC and the "transformation" in even a slightly negative manner, it's OK.
You can also find groups on sports, movies, video games, religion, politics, dating, relationships...just about anything under the sun, and by the looks of it, they are well attended with tons of associates posting to those groups. Not only is it an abuse of payroll, it seems like Pebble is being used for anything but work related collaboration.
