@UGzVMRU-3cmr Take all the "dothill" out of your post and replace it with "seagate springtown".Dothill isnt the only plant that treats some of their employees like dirt.Poor payrises that takes employees just over the minimum wage and they expect people to give 100%.

I worked for dothill, very low qualified employees, paid very low, no promotions, morale is vey low. Work more than 10 hours a day. Pathetic condition. Look at dothill part of the revenue declining y/y

I do not think so. Dothill was/is the best technology company of the world. The entire team is very knowledgable and dominated by senior citizens. They are the best in the industry. Seagate can not afford to lose them. Whosoever has been fired from Dothill so far, they got job in Google and Facebook the very next day. So it will ve a loss for Seagate if this happens. They also got one world class team in Pune led by the great country manager having full focus on infrastructure (toilet , cafeteria, fire drill, biscuits, snacks etc).
