The DXC rating on glassdoor % is inflated by management reviews and reviewers from Lower cost centres like India, Vietnam, etc where at the moment they're got a job and good prospects - free from WFR. Just wait until more WFR come abound and not only in USA, Europe but in India and lower cost centres when DXC strruggle and struggle to deliver.

Just recently USAToday puts this topic to bed (June 15, 2018). 15 of the worst companies to for, take a look at number 12:

3BL Associates formerly known as Corporate Responsibility Magazine, is a relatively new company, so yes they're kissing the butts of every large company in the hopes of ad revenue.

Agree. It's hard to read this objectively when you know what really goes on.

Human relations? That's just become a word, it has no meaning in DXC. You just throw a paper together, referencing DXC HR and training policies and website blurb about how they recognise individuals ('Is he still here?'); the needs and aspirations of individuals (to stay employed until they can find another job); competence model (that webpage stream with rocks in where everyone drowns); appraisals (The 'bell curve' has been squashed to that of a stick now); how they promote a healthy work-life balance (healthy in a toxic atmosphere?); transparent communication ("Catch this bottle!").

Then simply stir in some carefully vetted samples of raw data and record testimony from 3 isolated grads from economically depressed areas who will do anything for a high-five and a star.

EDS and HP were also lauded for this. However, it's totally meaningless to employees who have seen mass layoffs, no training, and no pay raises.

@TpkvwDO-1jnm Lol.

DXC has reduced its carbons (people) extensively in the past 3 years.

Yes, I believe it. Being a good 'Corporate Citizen' (sadly) has little to do with how a company treats employees.
