Company this size someone is ALWAYS being investigated, for about every thing you can imagine. With the amount of dollars at hand in this business it’s almost surprizing that there are clean managers. But there actually are.
Once it is on the internet, it is true.
No names are allowed on this site. That's why it was deleted. And also it was a false rumor that existed only on this site, in case anyone cares.
What do you expect, its Chevron.
I am not aware that any behavior affecting only employees inside the company has lead to serious consequences for a manager. Chevron upper management does not have the stomach for discipline of this type and in some cases is guilty as well.
Yes, both parties of the tangos are still with the company.

Yeah, I heard the same thing - they’re guilty of being Caucasian and over 50 years in age.
Are the women who were tangoing with the Upstream managers still with the company? —- That too is a valid question, @gqe.
Are the Upstream managers still with the company?
@pyb, It take two to tango.
I know of instances in Upstream where managers were sleeping with direct reports. When exposed, nothing happened.
The rumor is that an investigation is underway of senior managers in Downstream. Could others be suspected in other business units, if the rumors are true about Downstream?
