They want to improve the employee experience, how about giving us some form of job security (stop the Work Force Reductions) and give us cost of living and merit increases in our salaries.

It's not them. It's the fact that the little fat man at the very top tells everyone how to do their job. That's why most of those that are any good keep leaving. An ex-IBM salesman who only knows how to cut and cannot grow a business keeps telling experts in their own field what to do and thinks he knows better. Well hey, check out the results everyone!
