Allegedly or according to the intranet, there was a uk townhall call with Mikey last week. Did anybody on here attend as everyone I speak too didn’t even get the invite!! Just about sums it up!! If so any revalations, or same old same old!!

Data Analytics and Cyber Security are the only groups that can expect to be paid properly the rest of us are ****ed

HR Woman was very excited about something or other, couldn't tell you what as she was inarticulate with excitement.

Mike & HR Woman kept making comments to each other about how "They would pay for that later" which was just seemed wildly inappropriate for that forum.

Whenever top brass visit an outpost, its always to discuss the place being cut or closed down.

The "meet the troops" session is just a ruse to hide the real reason.

Wow, sounds like Mikey and his bint showed the normal complete disrespect and apathy for their assets! Totally dislike the way they hide behind calls and don’t front the masses! Grow some Mikey! Your supposed to be inspiring. I find the stuff I’ve just blown out my nose more inspiring! It comes to something when I care more about my clients than my own company!

Mikey stated that we were now in a growth phase and that graduate recruitment would be a priority. The exception was the "deliver" function where he expected 30-50% of jobs to be lost to automation over the next 5-8 years. He stated that any remaining roles in "deliver" would have no real prospects or career path.
